You'll be responsible for

• Winning new & servicing existing corporate clients across Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events.
• Leading high value proposals and presentations.
• Turning complicated client briefs into practical, profitable solutions.
• Working closely with Creative, Operations and Production to build unforgettable experiences.
• Preparing detailed quotations for regional and multinational projects.
• Managing relationships long after the contract is signed because repeat business is the best compliment.
• Representing Aavii with confidence, warmth and professionalism.
• Working directly with our Chief Commercial Officer, while collaborating closely with our leadership team.

Job Requirements

We're probably looking for you if...

• You have at least 6-8 years in corporate travel, MICE, events or hospitality sales.
• You genuinely enjoy pitching.
• You don't panic when the event has 15 countries, four languages, six venues and 700 moving parts.
• You understand costing, margins and commercial negotiations.
• You can write proposals that clients actually enjoy reading.
• You think creatively without forgetting budgets.
• You communicate exceptionally well in English. Mandarin is a bonus.
• You are naturally curious.
• You build trust quickly.
• People simply like working with you.

You'll be responsible for

• Planning, preparing and executing conferences, events and incentive programmes independently or together with the team.
• Getting to know what clients really need, managing expectations and keeping them updated throughout the project.
• Preparing and managing event registration and logistics.
• Building timelines, event orders and requirements checklists that keep clients, teams and vendors moving in the same direction.
• Assigning responsibilities and making sure timelines and deliverables actually happen.
• Coordinating event organisers, vendors, internal stakeholders and external partners with communication that is clear, accurate and timely.
• Making sure every service, piece of equipment and material is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.
• Guiding, training and developing junior team members and freelancers.
• Monitoring project expenses, protecting budgets and ensuring targeted gross margins are achieved.
• Making sure final billings are accurate and payments are collected on time.
• Travelling domestically and internationally when the project calls for it.

We're probably looking for you if.

• You have a diploma in a relevant field.
• You've spent around 5-10 years working in events or a related field.
• Details bother you in a good way.
• You can handle several things happening at once without losing sight of what matters.
• When something goes wrong, your first thought is "How do we solve this?"
• You're a strong team player but don't need someone standing beside you telling you what to do next.
• Tight deadlines don't frighten you.
• Neither do weekends when there's an event to deliver.
• You're comfortable travelling and have your own transportation.
• Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint are familiar territory.
• You communicate confidently and are fluent in English.

You'll be responsible for

• Developing creative visuals for travel programmes, events and proposals-from key visuals to overall design direction.
• Creating illustrations, infographics, layouts and other visual assets that actually tell a story.
• Bringing fresh ideas into proposals and helping make client presentations more compelling.
• Designing print materials including stationery, invitations, agendas, itineraries, backdrops, banners, buntings, luggage tags, premiums and event collateral.
• Creating digital assets including e-backdrops, website visuals, social media creatives and presentation materials.
• Taking approved concepts and adapting them across different formats and specifications without losing what made the original design work.
• Making sure everything respects the client's brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Checking artwork carefully before anything goes to production.
• Working closely with Creative, Content, Account Servicing and Operations so that the visual idea works beyond your screen.
• Joining brainstorming and team-sharing sessions and bringing ideas, not just attendance.
• Keeping up with design trends, tools and what's happening in the events and travel space.

We're probably looking for you if.

• You have a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design or a related field.
• You have around 4-6 years of relevant experience in graphic design, content creation or a related role.
• Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign are part of your everyday vocabulary.
• After Effects or Premiere Pro would earn you bonus points.
• You understand typography, layout, colour theory and visual hierarchy.
• You know how to turn a creative concept into visual storytelling.
• You understand print production, not just what looks good on your monitor.
• Experience in an event agency, travel company, creative agency or production house would definitely help.
