Aavii (pronounced as Ah-Vee) is a creative event company headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia specialising in Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events (MICE). For over two decades, we have collaborated with multiple Fortune 500 companies and leading organisations to create thoughtfully curated experiences that leave lasting impressions.

In the year 2003, I found myself at a crossroads. At 30 years old, sitting in my apartment in pajamas, I took a leap of faith that would change the course of my life forever. This humble beginning was the foundation of Apxara Travel & Events, a venture that has grown far beyond my wildest dreams.

Nearly two decades ago, I began my journey in the audio-visual industry by founding Accucap in Malaysia. What started as a small display solutions venture grew into delivering complex global conferences and events. Today, we continue pushing boundaries in event technology, hybrid experiences, and creative production across the region.

From leading tours across Asia to founding ICEM Regional Planner, I spent decades shaping meetings and incentive programmes. Today, as part of Aavii Worldwide, I continue transforming ideas into meaningful corporate experiences across the region.

Backed by two decades in the travel & events industry and deep experience in regional meetings management, conferences & live production, I now lead the BCD Meetings & Events partnership for the Malaysia market. I am also fortunate to be Aavii Worldwide’s Chief Technology Officer driving the group’s tech endeavors towards Mastery 2030.
