Working alongside Shangri-La Jakarta was a genuine pleasure. Their flexibility, attention to detail and willingness to collaborate made every stage of the planning and execution feel seamless. A visit to Hutan Kota by Plataran offered a wonderful glimpse into Jakarta’s unique blend of nature, culture and hospitality. Nestled within an urban green sanctuary, the restaurant showcases the richness of Indonesian heritage through elegant surroundings and authentic cuisine.

One of the highlights was exploring Javanese cuisine, where subtle sweetness, fragrant spices and generations of culinary tradition come together in beautifully crafted dishes. It’s a reminder that every destination has a story to tell, and food is often one of its most memorable storytellers.
